House Rules

* Maximum occupancy: 8 (including renter, family (including children) and guests)

* No pets, no exceptions
* No parties/events
* No smoking anywhere on property

* Minimum age of responsible renter: 24
* TRAVEL INSURANCE is recommended and OFFERED on our website

Payment Policy

* Accept Check (preferred), Credit Cards via PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo
* To confirm a reservation, a rental agreement must be signed and returned to the owner along with a 50% payment deposit within 3 days of receipt of contract
* Final payment due 60 days prior to stay

Refundable Damage Deposit

* Refundable damage deposit will be returned within ten days of check out as long as there is no damage to the house or its contents and nothing is missing from the house

Cancellation Policy

* Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to stay
* No refunds or credit due to weather conditions, road conditions, or outages due to storms or other circumstances out of owners control
